Light Fittings
Many new homes are supplied with simple pendant light fittings. This client wanted to upgrade to two spiral LED light units. I got the laser out to make sure they were perfectly aligned down the centre of the room.

Smart Smoke and CO alarm
This client previously had the Google Nest smoke and carbon monoxide alarms; they have subsequently been discontinued and with the old alarms at the end of their 10 year lifespan, we needed an alternative. X-Sense was chosen as the solution and were installed and set up via an app with the client.

Additional Socket
A common problem with many previous generation homes is they aren't equipped for today's power requirements. Within the law I am allowed to add additional sockets as long as certain provisions are met. This was a simple addition backing onto an existing socket.

Low Voltage LED
This was a project I carried out to add low voltage LED lighting to sleepers in a garden. All of the electronics are housed in a waterproof box, and the lights are voice controlled by smart speaker and also activate at sundown every day.
